Conversation on building strategic vision and challenges for Geshemas

The Geshema degree stands as the pinnacle of educational attainment within the Gelugpa tradition. Recently, the Tibetan Nuns Project, with over two decades of social service on several Tibetan nunnery , conducted a workshop aimed at enhancing leadership skills and awareness among Geshemas, empowering them to navigate life more effectively and cultivate their leadership qualities. We had the opportunity to sit down with two Geshemas and a member of the Tibetan Nuns Project to learn more about vision of the Geshemas and discuss the challenges that they face in realizing their vision.
