Описание: Markup functionality in 3D Slicer allows user to draw arbitrary open and closed curves. Here we demonstrate a new functionality integrated into the curves functions for the user to generate equidistant points along these curves (semi-landmarks). New points can be resampled either only using the fitted curve, or can be further constrained to use the mesh geometry (constrain points to surface option). Curve resampling is available as a core functionality of 3D Slicer starting r26110.
