Durante il mio viaggio a Cipro Nord, passeggiando per le strade di Nicosia, ho notato una signora che stava preparando la pasta dei ravioli ciprioti, che poi saranno riempiti con formaggio Halloumi, menta e uova e cotte in brodo di pollo.
