À l'intérieur, l'église abrite un maître-autel baroque, dont le cœur date de 1761 et se trouvait à l'origine dans le monastère de Gräfinthal. Dans les années 1930, il a été agrandi pour s'adapter au style et ainsi s'adapter aux dimensions de l'église.

The current church in Bübingen is the second Catholic church built after the parish was rebuilt in 1921. The first church, built in the neo-Baroque style, lost the upper part of its tower during the war. The nave had to be demolished and rebuilt between 1955 and 1917 because the vault was pushing the exterior walls outward. The current crypt and choir, as well as the lower part of the tower, remain from the first church.

Inside, the church houses a Baroque high altar, the core of which dates from 1761 and was originally located in the Gräfinthal monastery. In the 1930s, it was enlarged to fit the style and thus accommodate the church's dimensions.
