In this video, I go through the initial building steps of the JJRobot PyBot SCARA Arm.

** Special Note **
JJRobots is a great company. While my servos that were supposed to be included in the kit were somehow missed during shipping, they very quickly gave me a credit to cover them and I am very appreciative. They also offered to replace one of the faulty drivers (A4998). I already had a pile of them from other projects, so I didn't need a replacement. They are a great company to work with and I highly recommend them. They stand behind their product and will make it right.

I think it is fairly rare that these kind of issues happen, but they DO happen and everyone should be realistic. JJRobots will make it right. (BTW, I did not receive any compensation for my review, and I paid full price for the robot kit).

** SPECIAL NOTE BEFORE PRINTING **

Before printing the parts, please make sure your printer is well calibrated. This is required for the parts to fit together, and also for the screws, nuts, and bearings. If you are over extruding, parts will be too tight and may not fit, and if you re under extruding, they may be too loose. You may get very frustrated and have to re-print if you don't check this ahead of time.

An easy way to check is to print out one of the parts that requires a hex nut to be inserted. "ARM_BOTTOM" is a good way to check this (see bottom of description for parts link). If the nut can go in easily, your printer should be fine. If it is too tight or too loose, you should check calibration.
