​2. Step-by-Step Instructions
• ​Remove Engine Cover: Simply pull up the plastic engine shroud.
• ​Clear Access: You may need to remove the intake hose leading to the throttle body (anti-shudder valve) to get enough room to work.
• ​Disconnect Electrical Connector: Press the release tab and pull the plug from the EGR motor.
• ​Unbolt the Valve: * Loosen the bolts connecting the EGR pipe (from the cooler) to the valve.
• ​Remove the bolts mounting the valve to the intake manifold.
