"Zildjian Factory" Track with Kaz Rodriguez

Описание: The “Zildjian Factory” track by Kaz Rodriguez features various sounds that were recorded by Kaz in the Zildjian Factory and used to create a track completely inspired by the making of a Zildjian cymbal.

From playing the castings straight out of the melt room, to creating a steady 2 and 4 accent based on the sound of a cymbal being cut into a circle, to using a unique hammering pattern to form the basis of the song; Kaz was able to arrange a beautiful play along track out of the sounds of the Zildjian Factory.

Featuring Lawrence Insula on bass.

0:09 - Kaz hammering in the hallway, before entering the factory
0:27 - Cymbal being Lathed
0:43 - 150-ton press cutting a cymbal into a perfect circle
1:09 – Kaz playing a Casting
1:25 – Cluster Hammering
2:05 - More Cluster Hammering
2:15 – Kaz playing a Casting
2:50 – Rolled castings being pushed on a conveyor belt back into the oven
