Confidence isn’t something you either have or don’t have.

For a lot of lesbian women, the real issue isn’t confidence. It’s what happens when being visible hasn’t always felt safe.

When that’s the case, something inside of you starts managing how you show up… and that’s where confidence gets lost.

In this video, I’m sharing a simple framework I designed to help LGBTQ+ women build real confidence and start showing up as themselves without second-guessing.
