She flourished on the programme, grasping at all the opportunities that came her way, and reporting on the British Transplant Games.

Because of everything she has accomplished on the Achieve programme, Emma has now won the 2019 Educational Achiever Award at the Scotland Prince's Trust and TK Maxx & Homesense Awards.
