Hello everyone and welcome to our 8th season of our Pokémon Vs
As always let’s go over the rules for our race

Rules
1. No Cheats, Glitches or Hacks (intentionally),
2. No More Gaslighting/Lying,
3. No “Meta gaming” (we aim to replicate what happened in our failed take/s, but making a major progression change is not okay but small minor changes are okay),
4. If You Nick Name your Pokemon it has to be 3 or more letters and no repeating names on the same team (Except for DJ and the name DJ ONLY),
5. If you hit the Speed up button you must tell everyone and stop moving until about as much time it would have taken you to do whatever you sped up/Or instead if you can move back to where your speed up,
6. We cannot Research/Strategize anything about the current or later games unless you already know it or we allow it as a group,
7. We cannot do any inputs until the phrase “The timer has begun” (This includes opening the menu/changing options/Looking in our bags/ Or pokemon) or the end of the episode where Riley gets to 1 on the end ep countdown),
8. Mention when you Catch/Evolve a Pokémon and what it is, not it’s nickname, it’s Pokémon name,
9. Mention when you begin a Gym leader or Elite four fight,
10. Post on Discord when you beat a Gym, Elite Four, and White Outs,
11. When all Players have cleared Victory Road we are authorized to use 12.Speed up to a group determined Level (But it will usually be 5 levels below the strongest trainer’s strongest Pokemon),
you cannot use speed up once its available in 3 scenarios,
[1] In the overworld if your lead pokemon is equal to or more than the level cap
[2] In battle if the pokemon you currently have out is equal to or more than the level cap
[3] When you start to progress in challenging the elite 4
[4] or if a Pokémon with the exp share is at the level cap or over
13. If caught cheating, you get a white out,
14. We cannot teach a pokemon new TMs once someone beats the game,
15. Whiteouts don’t start til poke balls,
16. Starting from 1st place they can choose to change their starter, 2nd place chooses again from the 2 remaining, 3rd gets what’s left,

At the end we will score our overall race

SHOWDOWN RULES
1. We will battle on Pokémon Showdown in OU Format and make our In game team into a Showdown team.,
2. When in showdown we will match all Pokémon to the highest level on any team (this time that cap is from DJ porygon-Z at level 79),
3. If a Pokémon would evolve or learn a new move because of the level increase they can evolve and change their Non-HM move,
4. If a berry is eaten during the last fight/Holding a illegal held item they are simply removed from the Pokémon and are not replaced (a great example was a quick claw DJ had on one of his Pokémon this is banned so he cannot replace it and if he did then he’s CHEATING),
5. If a Pokémon has a banned ability, it will be changed to it’s other standard ability, if not its hidden ability, in the case if all it’s abilities being banned use a Pokémon in your PC,
6. If a Pokémon on your team is banned in the OU Format, then you will replace it with One Pokémon that you have in your PC (however you cannot give it a held item and must have had one in the PC),
7. If you catch a random shiny Pokémon (not guaranteed shinnies such as the red gyarados) then it will decrease your Overall White out count by 1 (such as Riley’s shiny roselia, current score is DJ with 1 by touching the pokewatch/ me with 2 by 1 whiteout and for 1 coming 2nd/ Riley with 3, 2 form whiteout, -1 from the shiny, 2 for coming last),
8. We are only allowed to have 1 that is either Legendary/Mythical/Ultra Beast/paradox Pokémon on our team but we can catch as many as we like,
9. If caught cheating, you get a white out,
10. At the end we will score our overall race by adding the scores from the main game with the whiteouts from the showdown and any tie breaker will be broken by caught Pokémon if tie again who ever that that many first,
11. Allowed to rearrange our team in showdown however we cannot rearrange them once we’ve begun our showdown,
12. In the event of a Pokémon having a illegal move you can give it access to TMs, Hms, and moves passed the current level to fill in the slot,
13. Exception to the item rule are z crystals and mega stones, in the event you can put a mega stone on a new Pokémon
