Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I am finally back to posting, after taking the longest youtube break I think that I ever have! First, back at the end of October, I went on a two week trip to Japan and that was awesome! Then I got home and a few days later went on tour with my band Little Moon to the US west coast for 10 days. Then it was the Thanksgiving holiday, then I ended up getting sick with a cold that lasted several weeks, then it was my teaching studio's Christmas concert, then just this past week I got sick AGAIN with some kind of stomach bug! Life has really been nonstop for the past 2 months.
I'm happy I got to sit down and record this song to share for Christmas though. I love this arrangement by Ray Pool, the harmonies are so pretty and I think the way he arranged it really evokes an icy winter stillness, with an underlayer of warmth for the hope of the season.
So, thank you all for watching! I'm excited to get back to posting. I still need to record the song for the winner of my 1k giveaway! That will be a video for after the new year. I definitely need to rest and decompress over the holidays!
