In today’s video, we made delicious and spicy Chicken Sticks at home. These chicken skewers are crispy from the outside and juicy from the inside – perfect for evening snacks, parties, or Ramadan special treats.

Ingredients:
• 1 kg boneless chicken
• Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 50g curd (yogurt)
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 3 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
• A pinch of red food color
• 2 tbsp chicken masala
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 2 capsicums (cut into cubes)
• 2 onions (cut into cubes)
• Oil for frying

Method:
1. Take 1 kg boneless chicken and wash it properly.
2. Add lemon juice and mix well.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and curd, then mix nicely.
4. Add red chilli powder, maida, red food color, chicken masala, garam masala, and salt.
5. Add 1 egg and mix everything well to form a thick marinade.
6. Add capsicum and onion cubes and gently mix.
7. Thread the marinated chicken, capsicum, and onion onto skewers.
8. Heat oil in a pan and fry the sticks on medium flame until golden brown and fully cooked.

Your crispy and tasty Chicken Sticks are ready to serve!

Serve hot with green chutney and lemon wedges.
