Описание: VAL is the local Volunteer Centre for Leicester and Leicestershire and we have seen a tremendous response from local people offering to help as volunteers since the outbreak of the pandemic. VAL has recently been awarded the Platinum Jubilee Volunteering Award to recognise our work to support Vaccination Sites across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, which was supported by more than 2,500 volunteers between December 2020 and September 2022. We would like to extend our warm thanks for everyone’s positive support during this difficult period and to celebrate all the positive contributions people have made.
