Learn how to make the best chocolate cupcakes – super moist, fluffy and chocolaty cupcakes with chocolate buttercream. This recipe is very easy and better than any store bought cake mix.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour / Maida - 3/4 cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
White sugar - 1cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Eggs - 2 large
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Oil - 6 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 2 tsp
Cupcake liners -12 no's
Method:
Sieve the flour, cocoa powder, white sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl and mix well.
Beat the eggs in a mixie and add it to the dry ingredients.
Pulse the yogurt also in the mixie and add to the mixture.
Add oil and vanilla essence and mix well together.
Pour the batter into the liners. Fill only halfway to avoid spillage. Preheat the oven for ten minutes.
Bake It in the oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes for until a toothpick inserted to it comes out clean.
