Описание: Welcome back guys! I have had a lot of you requesting a pre-surf warmup video so here it is. This is the mobility routine I complete before competing and also free surfing. I've had numerous lower back injuries so I cannot stress how crucial warmups can be for everyone. Share this with someone you think may benefit from it!
