The Baguio City Smart Flood Early Warning, Information and Mitigation System Project is a collaboration between the City Government of Baguio, the ASEAN Australia Smart Cities Trust Fund, the Australian Government, and the Asian Development Bank. This initiative deploys a smart, data-driven flood early warning system, builds local technical capacity, prepares a nature-based flood mitigation plan, and integrates gender and inclusion insights to make sure all communities receive timely alerts.
