006 Detailing Of Reinforcement Part1

Описание: This video will briefly cover the concrete elements' detailing according to Eurocode 1992-1-1. In the end, a straightforward example defines the minimum requirements of reinforcement detailing. It should be noted that the example is based on the general Eurocode, and for the desired task, the relevant national annex needs to be applied.
The example of the video:
A long one-way slab is supported on two beams, as shown in the figure below. Concrete class C35/45 and steel AH500.
a) Based on the deflection control covered in chapter 7 of Eurocode 2, determine the minimum required slab thickness.
b) Determine the minimum required reinforcement for primary reinforcement.
c) Determine the required spacing of the primary reinforcement.
d) Determine the required secondary reinforcement and the secondary reinforcement spacing.
