The collar is exported to France, it was built in 2014, the order is regular and stable, in the starting of the co-operation french client was very serious at the quality control, for the first 1000pcs order delivery the client come to do the inspection by himself, for the second 1000pcs delivery the authorized third party come to do the inspection, finally we gained the client trust by our good quality.

This collar is in customized size and shape, it has internal key way to connect with the spline shaft, the key way size is standard as 5*5*5, there are two thread holes to perform “lock” function, the thread specification is 1/4UNC which is inspected by go and no go gauges.

The basic size of the collar is OD38/ID22/L:47,the net weight is 0.32kgs; the precision of the inner hole, key way, and the the thread holes’ location is critical, the tolerance of, the inner hole is +/-0.05mm, the roughness of key way is Ra0.8, the positions of the thread holes are +/-0.02mm.

The material Steel alloy 40Cr has better mechanical properties than carbon steel and stainless steel, so the collar is more durable and has longer life time.
