She had recently embarked on her solo career and this #1 radio airplay duet of “Love Somebody” was her first popular single since leaving the Les Brown band (though her “It’s Magic” hit and star-making turn in “Romance On The High Seas” followed “Love Somebody” by mere weeks). Flipside “Confess” is also included in this collection.
