US 131 is a highway which runs almost entirely in the state of Michigan in the western side of the Lower Peninsula. I head north on US 131 from I-94 near Kalamazoo all the way to M-6 in Cutlerville, Michigan which is just south of Grand Rapids. This stretch of US 131 goes through mainly rural areas of southwest Michigan while passing by the cities of Plainwell and Wayland before entering the southern metro area of Grand Rapids.
