Stockholm, Sweden | Walking & Bus Tour to Tourist Locations, City Hall, Old Town, & Djurgården

Описание: Now arriving in Stockholm, Sweden. This is Part 1 of 3 videos in Sweden, where you'll explore the costal City Hall of Stockholm, then take a bus to the narrow, cobblestone lanes of Old Town. For the record, while lovely, cobblestones aren't the most fun for strollers, as you'll hear, but if you've got a little one, don't let that deter you. It's completely manageable, and we actually spent a large swath of time in Old Town, winding through the architecture of old Scandinavia. We only got lost a few times.

After wandering the shops strewn throughout Old Town, we'll then cross the Royal Palace as we go down the sloping Castle Hill back to the bus for a drive around the city. From there, we're on our way to our final destination: Djurgården. One of the many islands making up Stockholm's archipelago, it's the home to the Vasa Museum, which displays an ancient, dredged-up warship. A full museum walkthrough will be in an upcoming video, so stay tuned.

This walk was part of the "Stockholm On Your Own" shore excursion (tour) through Royal Caribbean. One of the cheaper options, you receive no formal tour guide at the three sites, and what you do is up to you. This excursion only provides you with bus transit from the port to City Hall, Old Town, and Djurgården. However, there is a guide on the bus should you have questions. You have limited time at each location too, but more than enough at Old Town and Djurgården to explore or go to a museum. City Hall, you are in and out of quickly, so don't count on doing much other than getting some photos.
