Dagger dagger is my favorite set on thief in gw2, but unfortunately it does not work very well with power builds, so I play it with conditions. It works well as a condition build or you can play it as a hybrid using both power and condition damage. This is the other set I have been playing since I started the game, and it's always been my favorite. It will get countered from time to time against heavy condi cleanse, but it's very survivable, so if you get countered and realize the fight is not going to go your way, you can usually move on without losing at least.
