AMERICAN TRUFFLE CAKE BAKERY STYLE
Ingredients:
Eggs 4
Sugar 100 grams
Flour 100 grams
Oil 60 grams
Milk powder 20 grams
Red, yellow and green food coloring as required
Swiss roll as required
Cream as required
Apple jam as required
Method:
Mix the eggs and sugar together well. When it becomes fluffy, add oil to it and mix the machine on low speed. Then add milk powder to it and mix and divide it into three parts. Now add red color in one, yellow in the second and green in the third and bake. Now cut the red, yellow and green jelly into cubes and keep it for decoration. Then assemble the cake and place the jelly on top. Place the sliced Swiss rolls on the side. Then apply cream on top. Then decorate with apple jam and serve.

Honey Snaps
Ingredients:
Butter 180 grams
Honey 120 grams
Sugar 130 grams
Flour 100 grams
Ginger powder 10 grams
Whipy whip cream as required
Almonds, pistachios as required
Method:
First, mix the butter, sugar and honey together and cook. Now add ginger powder to it. Then add flour and mix it. After that, pour a little bit of it in the tray with a spoon and bake at 160c for 4-5 minutes. When it spreads and starts to turn light brown, take it out and roll it on a cross stick or pipe. Now cool it, fill it with whipped cream and serve with almonds and pistachios.
