POINT #1: FUTURE FEELINGS
These are words with a few statements. Here’s a word of what I will feel when this is real.
It’s important to use “I will” in your descriptions, not “I want.”
POINT #2: LEADING
One of the problems you face is that you are a semi-lukewarm leader. It’s a struggle to just lead yourself, let alone a team of people.
Use the morning hours to weaponize the fuck out of yourself through CORE 4 and the Stack.
POINT #3: WALK & TALKS
In lieu of company meetings, I go on one-on-one early morning Walk & Talks where I guide, course-correct, and have discussions with key team members.
Walk & Talks are also invaluable and create connection with your spouse and children as you talk through problems and find solutions together.
POINT #4: LEVERAGING ANGER
The feeling of anger is real. You must learn to leverage it. Part of how we fuel ourselves is by leveraging the STACK, which is being unafraid of the anger, and unafraid of the rage that builds up.
There’s a central focus that comes, and it’s no longer about excuses or what’s in the way. Whatever is fucking required, I will do it because I know that I’m not going to hope myself to the next level.
