This is a summary of my experience with the past authoring program by J.B. Peterson. By carefully following the exercises and investing time into completing the program, I got rid of the leftovers of my (complex) PTSD, nightmares, panic attacks and gained a substantially better insight of my past and present.
To be fair, I have already come a long way before I started the program, but it definitely served huge benefits and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve their life quality and mental health.
