UiPath Document Understanding is uniquely capable of not only processing documents, but also leveraging its integration into Robotic Process Automation to ingest documents from a variety of sources, validate data across multiple systems, and perform downstream data entry.
In this video, we see an example of this as an automated process pulls in invoices from Outlook, Box, and a shared folder, processes the data from these documents, and validates this invoice data against a Purchase Order stored in SAP as well as a Goods Receipt stored in NetSuite. When validation fails, a form is presented through UiPath Action Center so that a business agent may determine the appropriate next step of the automation based on human expertise.
