Runner's Strength and Conditioning 10 min Banded Arm Workout | Toned Strong Arms | Mary Marshall
Let's help our arms and back tone up and become that little bit stronger. Running requires a lot of stability and we actually use our arms a lot more than we might think. By training our arms and making ourselves that bit stronger will be helping us go the distance when it comes to trail running along with mixed terrain courses.
You will need an abductor band, I and using "Gritin" and the "Heavy" band (3rd out of 5 different resistances.)
Remember these workouts can be completed at home or in a gym and are designed to help you with keeping fit and staying strong!
