I no joke love this ship (Izuchako) with all my heart. It’s so nice to have such a fluff filled relationship made up by two wholesome cinnamon rolls, one of which has a horrible self sacrificing problem.
Also, I’m aware the timeline makes no sense, we can ignore that.
In this AU, Izuku is a little more distant from the class, kinda like Todoroki, but he is still kinda social— he’s just quiet! He also isn’t All Might’s successor in this AU and has an adamant dislike for the man he doesn’t bother hiding, hence why All Might wouldn’t go anywhere alone with him.
Izuku’s quirk is called “Shadow Manipulation”
He can essentially create objects out of shadows, or use them like how canon Izuku uses Black Whip. Once the item he made out of shadows leaves his grasp (say he dropped, or through it) he can’t manipulate it anymore, which is why the shadow tendril things are attached to Midoriya and Uraraka.
