Make this salmon recipe for dinner and your family will love you. It take s no time and effort to prepare. Here is how to make it:
Whole Salmon ( about 1 1/2 lbs)
1 tbs minced garlic (3 cloves)
1/4 tsp black pepper mix
Salt to taste
2 tbs olive oil
1 1/2 lemon (divided)
1/4 tsp paprika
12 cherry tomatoes (halves)
8 oz Asparagus
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Season Salmon with marinated mixture. Trim Asparagus, Cut tomatoes in half and line veggies around fish in the baking pan.Cut and slice 1 lemon and place on top of salmon. Top with Rosemary leaves and bkae at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, discard leaves and return pan to oven for another 5 minutes. I hope you like the recipe and try it for a great dinner
