Hello friends...welcome to Preethi's Recipes. Today's recipe is about Mini Hot Chocolate Bombs.
Hot chocolate bombs are chocolate spheres filled with any drinking chocolate powder and some marshmallow's.Pour hot milk on the chocolate bomb to see how the chocolate melts and release the marshmallow's for an amazing hot chocolate drink.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup + 1 tbsp compound chocolate(light/dark)
silicone hemispherical mold
1 and 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sugar
2-3 big marshmallow's/ small marshmallow's
pinch of salt
sprinkles(optional)
hot milk

Procedure:

1. Melt compound chocolate(light/dark). I have used candy melts light cocoa compound chocolate
2. Melt the chocolate in microwave
3. Take a silicone hemispherical mold and add the chocolate in it and spread it around the mold
4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. NOTE: Do not put it in freezer.
5.Add some cocoa powder, sugar and pinch of salt and mix well NOTE:You can skip this step if you have drinking chocolate powder
6.After 10 minutes coat it with chocolate again and refrigerate for another 10 minutes
7.Gently loosen the mold and remove the hemisphere's
8.Microwave a plate for 20-30 seconds/ in stove for 15-20 seconds and gently move 3 hemispheres on the plate to adjust the sides
9.Add the cocoa powder and sugar which we mixed/ any chocolate powder in it
10.Add some marshmallow's
11.Melt the remaining 3 hemisphere's and join them
12.Add sprinkles on top of it
13.Yummy hot chocolate bomb is ready
