Meet Walter Bingham. At the age of 98, Walter is the worlds’ oldest active Journalist, according to the Guinness Book of Records.
Born in Germany in 1924, he took part in the invasion of Normandy in June 1944 and received a Military Medal for 'Bravery in the Field'. After the war he returned to Britain, married, and led a career as a journalist and broadcaster in the BBC. He also acted in numerous movies and TV shows. In 2015 he entered the Guinness Book of Records as the oldest active journalist in the world. In 2018, at the age of 94 (!), Bingham became the world's oldest skydiver!
