In this episode of CTwT, we have with us Sandeep. He is an engineer from IIT. Being an average student during his school and college days, Sandeep developed an interest and dreamt of joining the defence sector. This decision by Sandeep was due to his sole desire to serve his country. He went ahead with his preparation with only this aim in mind as he believes that if one is aiming at clearing such a competitive exam plan B should be barely thought of and all focus should solely be on achieving this goal.

He gives his preparation strategy and the resources he used to clear the CDS and what his strategy was for english in CDS and GS and maths in CDS. For current affairs Sandeep followed online resources with which he kept himself updated everyday. He did his preparation for CDS along with his graduation. He breaks all the myths about SSB. He stresses on understanding what the stages are in SSB like the Screening test, Psychology test, Group test by GTO (Group Testing Officer), Interview by IO (Interviewing Officer) and then the final assessment and developing one's personality to clear these stages. According to him, physical fitness and adopting a lifestyle which has proper discipline is very important. His story of dedication and passion to reach his goal is a must watch for all CDS aspirants.
