Monthly Reset. Habits and hobbies I'm building this month to learn, grow and live intentionally

Описание: Hello April, it's time for a monthly reset. Welcoming a new month is the perfect time to reflect and reassess your habits and hobbies to see what is serving you and what is not so that you can build new habits and hobbies to help you learn, grow and live intentionally.

This month, I want to be more intentional with my consumption of media by reading books/articles on topics I am interested in rather than getting lost in the often mindless abyss of social media scrolling. I am also going to learn Spanish using Lingoda, sketch and paint more and start a vegetable garden. I'm looking forward to putting my energy into cultivating these new habits and hobbies and seeing where consistency, discipline and self love can get me in the future.
