This is what I came up with:
The Portland Music Compendium (Volumes 1-8)

It contains over 30 Portland bands and features many musicians I consider friends. Some volumes feature 1 or 2 bands, while others highlight several tied together by a common theme.

Volume 1: Nothin' But A Party City -
Chronicling highlights and special guest appearances of Jimmy Russell's: Party City 2034.

Volume 2: Shiny Crazy Diamonds
Keeping Portland weird - Fresh Track, Rainbow Electric, Jenny Sizzler, & Lost Ox.

Volume 3: Electric Ladyland
These bands all feature women that will rock your world.

Volume 4: Shooting Stars
Local legends, bands and artists who's reach extends beyond Portland.

Volume 5: Party Time
Celebrating good times with - Mars Retrieval Unit & Shafty: Portland's Tribute to Phish.

Volume 6: Unplugged
Acoustic and bluegrass acts. Still great music, just played less loud.

Volume 7: The Song Is Familiar
An assortment of fun cover songs and popular tribute bands.

Volume 8: We Are Family
Chronicling the Garcia Birthday Band's landmark moments and festive "family" outings.
