Описание: We went to the best Dai pai dong: Oi Man Sang Restaurant with best Typhoon Shelter.
The Typhoon Shelter Fried Crab, or 避風塘炒蟹, is simple and tasty! It's seasoned with chilis, garlic, green onions, and salted yolk. We got there at 5 o'clock in the morning.

We were the only ones seated outside, enjoying the view of the outdoor kitchen. I've heard that if you come later, you might have to wait in line.

We began with the restaurant's special, the golden traditional stir-fried Typhoon Shelter Crab, and the shrimp were very clean.

The beef tenderloin cubes with potatoes were so good, you'll want to ask for more! The salt and pepper nine-bellied fish is something you should definitely try.
The Sweet and Sour Pork with Pineapple is a dish I remembered from my trip to singapore, and it's always delicious, with a perfect balance of sweet and slightly sour flavors.
Overall, the place has a pretty good atmosphere! (And the toilets are very clean—that's a bonus!)

There were two cooks stir-frying side dishes over an open flame and water, with flames high enough to properly heat a wok. Our order was ready in less than 20 minutes. The food is a bit pricey, so it's a good idea to check the menu before ordering #hongkong #streetfood #shamshuipo
