I usually throw leg kicks with half commitment. Feeling opponents out before increasing power.
Calf kick attempts are the ones people most likely break their legs.
If UFC fighters are breaking their legs, YOU as an untrained fighter should not spam low kicks without proper training and conditioning.
The proper ages for training bone density are BEFORE AGE 30!
Childhood and Adolescence 8–18 years (The Best!) 🦴
Early Adulthood 19–29 years
Peak bone mass is typically achieved by age 30 🦿. Afterwards, bone density declines, but consistent training can slow this process. (Maintenance Phase)
If you can't break bats by age 30, you'll never be able to so train early!
