The death of Ali Khamenei, Iran’s supreme leader, has left many in mourning, while others celebrate on Sunday. As Redmond Shannon reports, strikes have continued across Iran and neighbouring Middle Eastern countries.
In the aftermath of the US-Israeli airstrikes, the future of Iran’s leadership remains unclear. More than 40 Iranian officials have been reportedly killed in the strikes, including some of Khamenei’s top brass. Candice Cole has more.
Meanwhile, the impact of the conflict in the Middle East is being felt at home as thousands of Iranians gathered across Canada to celebrate the death of Iran’s supreme leader. Heidi Petracek explains.
