Lots of people use ovulation predictor kits (OPKs or ovulation test strips) when trying to conceive. But do they work? I'll share rigorous research on whether OPKs can detect an LH surge, whether ovulation tests help you get pregnant, and how to take ovulation tests (how many days, when to start). I'll also share my own story: I tested for two months and never got an LH peak or surge, but I still conceived!
