Since April 2007 we have been providing a high level of housing services to tenants and leaseholders throughout Basildon District. The Information Sign Up Video is an overview of services provided by St Georges Community Housing, who you should contact with a particular question or problem and what we expect from you, as a tenant or leaseholder. The video is set out in 5 chapters Rents and Payments, Resident Involvement, Repairs, Service Standards and Performance and Anti-social behaviour.
