This 44mm stainless steel Zenith El Primero Class XXT Triple Calendar Moonphase is a bold statement of the Le Locle's manufacture's range of styles and complications. Outwardly a men's dress watch, the Grande Class XXT also boasts the size and wrist presence to rival oversized sports watches such as the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore and the Hublot Big Bang.

The El Primero chronograph - triple calendar combination and steel construction make the Grand Classe XXT a versatile and complicated luxury watch. Day, date, month, moon phase, and chronograph time can be read on a cluster of sub-dials and dial apertures. A silver dial with stamped guilloche center and applied Arabic numerals frames the complications.

A 50-meter water resistance rating protects the Zenith manufacture caliber 4100 El Primero. This automatic movement incorporates a 36,000 vibration per hour escapement that is a signature of El Primero movements. The 50-52-hour power reserve is a superb feature considering the 5hz beat rate of the escapement. A column wheel and lateral clutch ensure crisp and visually appealing engagement of the chronograph functions. The 31-jewel Zenith caliber 4100 also incorporates a quickset feature for the date and month displays.

The Zenith El Primero Class XXT Triple Calendar Moonphase is mounted on an alligator leather strap with a natural rubber layer sewn onto the bottom of the band. A stainless steel deployant clasp with double folding action is included.

The Zenith El Primero Class XXT Triple Calendar Moonphase 03.0520.4100/02.C492 is encased in 44mm of stainless steel surrounding a silver dial on a brown alligator leather strap. Functions include hours, minutes, seconds, chronograph, day, month, date, and moonphase. The watch also measures 14.3mm in thickness and 51mm from lug-to-lug.
