In this project, I transformed our small 1-car garage into two fully functional home offices for my wife and me. With more time spent working from home, we needed a dedicated, quiet workspace but didn’t want to sacrifice space inside the house. So we decided to get creative and build out what we already had.
In this video, I walk through the entire conversion process step by step. I start by framing and installing a dividing wall to create two separate rooms, then adding a proper interior door for privacy. From there, I handle the finishing touches: fresh paint, new electrical outlets for better functionality, and custom cabinetry to maximize storage in a tight footprint.
