A second accused in the murder case of Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes and Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane, says police assaulted him and forced him to make a false confession.
Lindani Ndimande's affidavit, read by his lawyer, says that the National Intervention Unit also threatened to kill his family if they did not co-operate regarding his whereabouts.
Ndimande claims the unit also threatened relatives of two of his cousins, who are detained in Eswatini.
The matter will resume tomorrow.
