The Strands at Salt Creek in Dana Point 🌴 is just North of Dana Point Harbor and the Headlands bluff that overlooks 'The Strands'. Once owned by Los Angeles Times newspaper, further research indicated the Chandler family owned the land from the 1920s up until 1988, they operated and owned the Los Angeles Times newspaper.
In the spring and summer they do have a small golf cart transportation type 🚗 vehicle that will take you down to the sand. 🤙
