In a move aimed at ensuring participation of all members of the parliament in house business as covid-19 crisis rages on, Senators are proposing the adoption of virtual voting in the chamber. The legislators plea coming as Senate Speaker Kenneth Lusaka noted that sections of general guidelines guiding involvement, interaction and participation, in house business may have to be reviewed to facilitate smooth running of the senate when faced with extra-ordinary circumstances such as now as the country fights coronavirus pandemic.
