Ingredients :
-200g zucchini
-200g carrots
-200g pumpkin
-200g turnip
-250g beef
-300g tomatoes
-100g onion
-200g dry couscous
-a bunch of coriander and parsley
-6 tablespoons oil
-1 teaspoon turmeric
-1 teaspoon pepper
-1 tablespoon salt + 1 teaspoon salt (we will need this one later)
-Food colouring
