Healthy Sprouted Salad Recipe | Power Protein Moong & Chana Sprouted Salad | wight loss salad recipe
Ingredients:
Whole moong or hare moong- 1 cup
Chopped Tomato or tamatar- 1/2 cup
Chopped Cucumber or kakdi- 1/2 cup
Chopped Onion or Pyaj - 1/4cup
Cumin or jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt or namak- 1tsp
Chat masala- 1/4tsp
Gratted Carrot or gajar- 1/4 cup
Chopped Lettuce- 1/4 cup
Roasted masala peanut or mungphali dana - 2 to 3 tbsp
Lemon juice or nimbu ka ras- 1/2 tbsp
Fresh coriander and pomegranate

Ingredients:
Whole black gram or desi chana- 1 cup
Chopped Tomato or tamatar- 1/2 cup
Chopped Cucumber or kakdi- 1/2 cup
Chopped Onion or Pyaj - 1/4cup

Salt or namak- 1tsp
