The e-Pedal system allows you to slow, stop or keep your vehicle stopped using only the accelerator pedal. This system helps to keep you from moving your foot between the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal.

When the e-Pedal system is activated, the characteristics and operation of the accelerator pedal become significantly different than how a conventional pedal operates. While active, the regenerative brake is enhanced and you can adjust the vehicle speed by only depressing or releasing the accelerator pedal. When you take your foot off, your vehicle slows down and comes to a stop smoothly without depressing the brake pedal. After a stop, your vehicle will remain at a stop automatically.

If the deceleration is not sufficient when the accelerator pedal is released, depress the brake pedal to reduce vehicle speed. The brake pedal operates normally even when the e-Pedal system is activated.

To activate the e-Pedal system:
● Place the power switch in the ON position
● Now, pull the e-Pedal switch located HERE
● Pull the e-Pedal switch again to deactivate
● Each time you pull e-Pedal switch the system will turn on or off.
