Our annual tradition lives on in a new form. This year, Chef Bee and our culinary team are serving up fresh and authentic lobster rolls full of lobster salad made with sweet Maine lobster meat. Ingredients:
3 Brioche Buns
1 Tsp Fresh Chives Sliced
1 Tsp Fresh Parsley Curly Leaves
10 Oz Lobster Meat
1/2 Tsp Fresh Lemon Zest Grated
2 Tbl, 1 1/2 Tsp Mayonnaise
1 Pinch Black Ground Pepper
1/4 Tsp Kosher Salt
1 Tbl Fresh Onion Shallot, Peeled and Minced
2 Ozw Fresh Celery Trimmed, Diced
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions:
1. Zest lemon into a bowl and squeeze juice into a second bowl
2. Dice cooked chilled lobster 1/2-3/4" pieces. Fold together with Mayo Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
3. Add, salt, pepper, chive, parsley celery, shallot and mayo into a bowl. Mix well. Fold in lobster meat until mixed completely.
4. Toast brioche buns lightly in a pan (optional). Layer fresh lettuce leaf inside the buns, fill lobster salad into fresh brioche buns and serve immediately.
