Hip Trust
Plank
Superman
Russian Twist
These 5 core exercises will build an incredibly strong core for swimming and triathlons.
Perform them 3 - 4 times a week and start with 3 sets and 10-15 reps per set on each exercise. On the Plank try to start with 30 seconds and build up to 1 minute.
