CCHI2018 brings Prop 215 Co-Authors Scott Imler, Dennis Peron, and John Entwistle to the Louden Nelson Center in Santa Cruz, CA, on July 30, 2016, to discuss the threat to Medical Cannabis As We Know It -- namely Prop 215, SB 420, and the existing medical cannabis framework in California -- posed by MMRSA (Medical Marijuana Regulation and Safety Act), passed at the end of 2015, and AUMA (Adult Use Marijuana Act) (Prop 64 aka the Sean Parker Act), set to be voted on this November 8th 2016 for recreational cannabis use.
They, and other speakers such as CCHI 2018 State Coordinator Buddy Duzy, detail how MMRSA and AUMA are written specifically to destroy medical cannabis!
